1. What can I expect in an Embodied Healing session?

Each session is a consent-led, trauma-informed healing experience that begins with grounding and intention setting. You’ll receive a personalized blend of Ayurvedic bodywork, womb and pelvic therapy, breast and lymphatic massage, marma point activation, and sound or energy alignment, all tailored to your body’s needs.


You remain professionally draped at all times, and each touch and technique is guided by your comfort and your nervous system’s pace. The goal is to restore circulation, ease tension, and foster deep emotional and energetic balance.

2. Are these sessions safe during pregnancy or postpartum?

Yes - all treatments are adapted with care for your pregnancy or postpartum stage. We avoid deep abdominal work during early pregnancy and tailor each technique to support safety, comfort, and wellbeing.


For postpartum clients, sessions are gentle and may include breast and lymphatic support, nervous system regulation, and gradual abdominal or womb healing (introduced only once your body feels ready or after medical clearance for surgical births).


You are always encouraged to trust your body and your readiness — book when you feel called and confident that your system is ready to receive deeper healing.

If you’re experiencing physical discomfort, emotional strain, or repeating patterns in your body and mind and want help releasing them, this work may be right for you. Trust your curiosity and timing; they often signal when your healing is ready to begin.

1. Can the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) be integrated with bodywork?

Yes. SSP can be seamlessly woven into Embodied Healing sessions, allowing sound-based nervous system regulation to complement the bodywork. These gentle listening arcs deepen relaxation, enhance connection, and help the body integrate healing on a sensory and emotional level.


It’s not a stand-alone program here — rather, an integrated enhancement for deeper restoration and grounding.

2. How many sessions will I need?

Every woman’s healing unfolds differently. Some find profound benefit in a single session, while others choose a series of 3–6 sessions to support deeper repair and ongoing integration. You are invited to move at your own rhythm — trusting your experience and your body’s signals as your guide.

3. How should I prepare, and are there any precautions?

Wear comfortable undergarments, avoid heavy meals for 1–2 hours before your session, and allow yourself some quiet integration time afterward.


Please share any relevant details — pregnancy, recent birth, C-section or breast surgeries, implants, mastitis, medications, or acute conditions — so that your care can be adjusted with sensitivity and safety in mind.


Gentle scar tissue support (including post-C-section care) is offered once healing is complete and tissue is ready to be worked with.

Integrating insights and sensations from your embodied healing session involves mindful reflection and gentle practices. Take time to journal your experiences, noting any shifts in emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations. Incorporating calming routines like breathwork, mindful movement, or grounding exercises can help bring the healing insights into everyday moments.
