For postpartum clients, sessions are gentle and may include breast and lymphatic support, nervous system regulation, and gradual abdominal or womb healing (introduced only once your body feels ready or after medical clearance for surgical births).

Wear comfortable undergarments, avoid heavy meals for 1–2 hours before your session, and allow yourself some quiet integration time afterward.

Gentle scar tissue support (including post-C-section care) is offered once healing is complete and tissue is ready to be worked with.
